I have converted my 2005 TL to a Type S front (bumper Swap) black chrome grill and all , however the only thing I have not dont is get the foglights, now many people are retro fitting 4 door accord fog lights into there bumpers, however I have yet to see a type s bumper with a Accord fog light,
Is it possible to do so? does anyone have the dimensions of both fog lights,
The reason I do not just go and buy the type s foglights is because they are aprox 350 EACH @ the dealer vs buying aftermarket replacement for the Accord 4 door @ 100 for the set.....so the desicion is obvious....

Yes however, did you use the type S FOG Grills? , was it difficult to mount the accord fogs?
What alterations or mounting modification was requiered ?

 

I believe the guy whose car that is in the pictures (06 Acura TL) first installed the Accord fogs. However, later on, he decided to install the type S lower grill inserts. So, I don't believe it is necessary to install the grill inserts and then the fogs. If you are in NY, you should talk to him or one of the other many people around the NY area who have done this mod. But, 06 Acura TL owns a shop and might be able to help you out with what you are trying to do.
