Does anyone have a good comparison between the two side skirts? I know that the type s side skirts are flared out a bit but not much compared to the aspec side skirts. but a detailed comparison would be great

also how off would it look if i ran type s front/rear aspec along with regular type s side skirts?

honestly i would just wait to buy the entire set but i have a good offer on type s side skirts (upgrade from my cracked base side skirts) and im thinking about taking it and then upgrading to full aspec if i dont like it. but just trying to get a feeler thanks!

Seems to me like the type-s sides are flared out only for the top half.
A-spec is flared (angled down) all the way to the lowest part of the kit.
Biggest difference visible is at the corners.

 

will the type-s's a-spec skirt fit a base 06??

 

Yes. But the '04-'06, and '07-'08 TL A-Spec kit is different. But you can get both to fit.

 

haha i tried google but when i actually compared them it was hard to see whether or not it would make a difference, ive seen some body do it on the forum before (just the front and rear aspec) but couldnt find a good search match.

 

ok I ask because I intended on getting the type s rear a-spec kit on my 06(with the dual exhaust of course, and the rest I would need)

06 front a-spec, and type s side skirt a-spec. Only because you guys say it looks different, right? Im assuming its more aggressive.
