the 08s are out. i know there is 1500 in dealer cash still.
not sure about holdback.
i'm interested in the TL-S and I think if you get a dealer who is desperate to move 07s, they will sell it at invoice, minus the 1500 and minus the holdback..just to move a car.
it's still a lot of money fro this car if you ask me. for $34k...there are a lot of better cars you could buy. i'd rather pick up a one year old or two year old car that cost more to start with.
the TL-S i drove was nice, but not all that quick...
they need better lease support...i ran the lease numbers and it's almost as expensive to lease a TL-S as a 335....

I went the a day before I bought my car and offered them cash $35,500 otd for the TL-S they had (6mt) and he told me best they can do is $36 otd.
I argued with them for about an hour, took my money off the table and left.
Ended up buying the same car at Chevy Chase acura in Bethesda for $36 OTD with a few accessories.
I was dealing with a guy named Mike at Tischer

I am not sure about the Acura dealer in Tischer, but I'm pretty sure the BMW dealer there is pretty lenient on pricing.
Anyway, in California, how much of a price difference could I found between a new 07 and 08 Type S? Now that the 08s are out of course. I'd want a manual. Is $35k OTD for an 07 overpaying?
Should we push to get that mid 34s that people here talk about?

So an 08 would be how much?
So 36k OTD like you would be possible?

I paid $36,000 OTD. The 08's wont have that much discount on them under the MSRP. You might be able to get one for $38-39 OTD

I just paid $35,200 for my '07 WDP TL-S.....I looked at the Volvo S60R, Audi A4 3.0, and Infiniti G35, and I felt the TL-S is the best bang for the buck by far.

^ Before or after taxes, fiveoh-tl? Which dealer?
Thanks for your help so far, Igor. What was your price before TTL?
Do you think in CA they would be able to do much better, if any at all?
Would putting dealer vs dealer help me at all?

I got an 07 for 33,700 before tax and title and I saw several people in the sign in page getting even lower. 33,5 and 33,2 is possible on 07's especially if you dont care about ext/int color or milage. Dealers will have a few with say 100-200 miles on them should be able to get those for like 32,5
