Hey so I recently got some 2008 oem type s headlights for my 2006 tl. I knew about the turn signals being different, but the drl bulb is a 9005 instead of the 9006 on the base. I'm using an led for it but it was too thick to fit into the housing. Anyone do this differently? This is the leds I was using for the foglights on the base model.

 

these bulbs are likely for the foglight housing.
