See page 1 of this post and look at Post #31. A Dead Pedal is the foot rest next to the accelerator and brake pedals.

They are awesome Xioimaro. I originally got the Type S logo etched onto my pedal. But soon after, I wanted the real deal on there. So applying the Type S badge was an easy after-fix. Bearcat has the same one you got-he loves his too.

Yes, just looks. The Type S has the accelerator and brake pedals are done with the same finish. But the footrest isn't the same. This makes it look like the brake and accelerator pedals-it completes the look.

In all honesty you guys could just show interest in having the dead pedal made by strutking...
I'm sure excelerate could pursuade em...
Strutkin pedals are made in china... But look identical to the type s pedals

Just to clear up some stuff...back when i bought my strutking pedals (very oem looking btw) i emailed them to ask about a dead pedal for the TL...their suggestions were to 1) get enough interest to make 1 up from scratch 2) take the dead pedal from a accord/tsx and use that as the mount for the aftermarket dead pedal
I'll leave a pic of my pedals just for reference

Boys, here is what my original pedal looked like.
Then I decided to add the Type S logo to it. Sorry the pedal isn't perfectly clean.
