Which Type S to Buy?

I told both dealers (#1,#2)that I was interested and that I was going to look at another TL.
The plan is to tell the dealers a made up number ex. $21,500 and say this is what the other dealer offered me. Whoever caves in and gives me the lowest price wins. Hopefully the MT

You will enjoy the car regardless of which one you get. I have had mine for about 6 months now and it is still fun to drive. My previous car was a manual, which I love, but my daily commute rarely would let me utilize it.
I specifically got the AT this time, after driving awd and rwd manuals, I would never get a fwd manual. I need to get myself a weekend fun car at some point, that will definitely have an mt.

I didn't own my 1st automatic vehicle (95 explorer eddie bauer) until I was 23.
I didn't even learn to drive an A/T vehicle until I was 18 and I have been driving since I was 12, legally since I was 14.
MT is only way to go.

there's way too many buttons in the dash/steering wheel/center console for me to to push. don't have enough hands and fingers to fuss with all of that AND have to deal with shifting.
seriously though, i couldn't find a MT with low mileage/in good condition... so i went AT. I don't regret it at all, it's still fun to drive... plus, it's definitely a pro when sitting in daily traffic jams on work commute.
I'd go with option #2 if the choice was available... i'd try to talk them down to $23k though.

Note hate here on the Auto as well...I drive a ton for work (Philly, New York City, D.C., etc.), so MT was out of the equation.
I love the Auto...the Paddle shifters are a plus too.
