Twin Turbo J32 w00t!
I was reading the new edition of Honda Tuning today and I came across something kinda interesting...
Honda R&D made a drift Element to compete in the '07 Formula D Championship, and with this, they used the J32 with TT for their power house.
It essentiall is a stock J32 VTEC V6, bottom end has Crower I-beam rods and CP 8.0:1 pistons, heads remain stock internally, it has a prototype intake manifold with integrated liquid-to-air intercooler, which draws chilled H20 from a converted ATL spare tire "Well Cell." The combination manifold/heat exchanger gets charged from twin Garrett GT28RS Disco Potato turbos, and Siemens injectors and a Keihin-tuned stock ECU.
So far with minimal tuning, they are seeing 500WHP

The Honda Element-D ("D" for drifting) racecar shows what can happen when enthusiastic Honda associates raid the company parts bin. Built for the racing sport of drifting, the Honda Element-D racecar replaces the stock 4-cylinder/Real Time(TM) 4WD drivetrain with a custom-designed and longitudinally-mounted 3.2-liter Honda V6 and rear-wheel-drive. Producing 500-horsepower, the lightweight twin-turbocharged powerhouse is guaranteed to light up the rear tires and accelerate sideways at full opposite lock. Associates from Honda R&D Americas, Inc., in Ohio plan to campaign the Element-D in the 2007 Formula Drift Series.

They are also using stock TL rotors and calipers with plans to switch completely over to the TL braking system... has TL-S transaxle case...
The Element is ugly as all hell, but I was really surprised how much they were getting out of the J32 and it more or less being stock with TT. Go J32 Go!
