just 04? mines has a hairline crack were u unbolt to drain the transmission oil would u guys recommend me to rebuild or get a used one?

From what I have read, you should be able to directly install any transmission from 04 - 06. After 06 I believe they added some additional pressure sensors which are not present on the 04 - 06.
In terms of replace or rebuild, I would say if the case is cracked you are probably going to be looking for a replacement. A rebuild usually pertains only to the internals of the tranny (usually only the clutches and bearings), not welding or repairing the housing...

Certainly not stating that the '05-'06 won't work, but interchange only indicates replacement for given year. Also, you'll see that the following part numbers are different, but haven't check into other components to see what else might be different.
21210-RDG-315 Case is for only for a '04-'05
