Shop around. I was looking for a low miles loaded TL for a month before I found the one I bought. Most of them had 50K - 100K and they were asking anywhere from $15K to $20K. I found my 2006 TL w/navi with 37K miles for $17K. Patience is a virtue.
I wouldn't let the mileage concern you too much when looking for a TL. Try to infer from the previous owner the best you can how the car was taken care of and really really look over the exterior condition of the car. If everything looks good minus the obligatory rock chips on the front bumper, pick it up. You can always respray the front bumper and have it looking brand new for under $300.
Also, I think the concern should not lie with how long the car will last in terms of mileage but more so how long do you want to be driving the car, because in terms of the powertrain it will definitely last you a long time.

hey you guys i found one 2007 Tl with 39k miles for 22k its fully loaded nav rear cam side marker mirrors foglights in very good condition 1 owner it also has warranty what do you guys think should i jump on the deal???
Keep in mind taxes and registration and what not will drive up tht price. I bought my TL-S 37k miles for 23.8k after talking him down from 26k. All said and done with papers, fees, and what not I paid around 25,8 and still added about 2k for an extended warranty. I'm sure u can talk him down some. When u test drive the car, go thought the cars messages to see what all the car thrown out. (ex. Tighten fuel cap message)
High miles are less of a concern if you are able to work on your own car and have the tools and skills to do so, than if you are going to pay a mechanic $80/hr plus marked up parts to do every little thing.
I just paid $12700 plus taxes/fees for a 2004 TL 6MT with 120,000 miles, but I am good with tools and electrical troubleshooting, I have a PDF of the factory shop manual (and I know how to use the search function on this site!!), and I either know how to do almost anything to the car myself or I know how to find out. So I will spend way less $$$ maintaining an old car than somebody who has to take it to a shop for preventive maintenance or every time something goes wrong.
As cars age, stuff *will* fail. You have to assess how much fixing you can do yourself and how much you will have to pay for, and then look at car mileage accordingly.

i went to the dealer today im 21 and they were shocked about how good my credit score was and i was able to get it financed myself i gave 2000 down and was aproved 6.99 apr for 60 months i will pay 400 a month will post pics soon
Ouch... 6.99% is pretty high. I'm 21 and I financed 15k with 3.24% which I know will vary state to state but I still think 7 is too high even for 20k finance. I did my financing through a bank though. That might explain it
Agreed, it's damn high. My credit score is in the low 800s now after completely paying off $15k in student loan debt. When I financed originally my interest was 5.4%. It was adjusted and refinanced for 1.9%. I'm 21 also. To top it all off, I financed through Huntington Bank and I have hardly any proof of income though I do make a great living and own my own business but wasn't able to show proof because of writing the majority of my income off as business expenses.
I'm at 6.69%, some of us don't have 15k laying around in cash, no choice but to finance. I plan on modding till I'm happy, then doing close to double my monthly payment.
that way it's paid off in under 5 years and I save money on the interest charges.

Not saying you should get a loan through a bank, just suggesting you explore your options. Check out different banks and see what kind of interest rates they offer. And don't tell them you've got 6.99 from the dealer. Keep that to yourself. Once you find a low rate, then go around notifying other banks, maybe even dealership to see if any one can beat that lower rate. My finance rate started at 3.74, with the competitiveness of the dealership and the bank, I was able to get the 3.24.
Paying off the car is > importance than modding, I don't know why people go out a buy a new STI or WRX then immediately modding it and add more debt into the list of monthly payment and then later bitch when their car got repo because they don't have any money left to pay for the monthly payment.
here is a little story I like to share to OP.
