Transmission fluid 2007 3.2

I drained tranny fluid and 4 quarts came out but the recommendation is 3 i think? I put 3 quarts in should it be okay with just or should i put the next quart in.

When I do the 3 x 3 I get anywhere from 3 to 4 quarts out. Just measure and put back the same. I actually usually just slightly under fill (put back a little less than taken out) and then drive to get it warm and check with the dipstick. Add a little if stays low. btw I fill through the dip stick which is easier access.
