My transmission hoses that are at the bottom of the radiator are leaking. They look to be 3/8th hoses and there are I believe 3 or 4 of them. Can any 3/8th hose be used to replace these or are some specific hoses needed? Also are they all the same size?

I'd stick with the regular oil cooler hose and if using screw type clamps, just don't crank the clamps down so the rubber is sticking out of the slots.
Not certain of the ID though, but you can cut the split hose in half to see OE size.

What do you mean by that part? I did use screw clamps and I just tightened them at the ends.

With the open style worm drive clamps, some will crank them down so tightly that the rubber hose protrudes through the slots.
Personally, a little over kill, but on some applications I use lined or aviation clamps that have an inside smooth surface that contacts the rubber.
