Touch ups on front Grill?
Has anyone had to touch up chips/scratches on the front grill? Have the clear bra and of course a mother of a rock hit just an inch off of it, right on the fine silver plastic! Anyway, its got a duller satin finish, so traditional paint might look too different. Anyone with suggestions?
I think the best thing you can do, if you're going to do it yourself, is purchase some touch-up paint either from your dealer or from an Acura accessories store and just apply a few coats to the best of your ability.
The few times I've had chips repaired, I just bought a touch-up pen from the dealer and had my detail guy do the touch-up for me and apply a few coats. I think some of the pens actually have paint on one end and clear coat on the other.
