I was in a collision last week and managed to ecape with only some sprains and bruises. My front and side airbags deployed. Was sent to the hospital in an ambulance and released. Missed work for 4 days. The car pretoected me just fine. It wasn't as lucky as me though.

I was heading down a service road to a local highway. A woman traveling on a cross street ran a red light and ran right into m Be. Didn't see it coming at all. we were probably both doing around 50 mph. I started to spin and my rear hit her again.

Good to hear you are well now. Close call too, if you gone any faster, she would've t-boned you which would result in even more serious injuries.

08 TL-S anybody?

Good to see you're ok. As said previously, if they would have broadsided you .. I don't think you'd be posting right now .. unless it was in a hospital bed.

Wow dude, that sucks... same thing happened to me a few years ago with my winter beater (totaled due to a moron running a red light). Glad to hear you're no worse for wear. In my case, I broadsided the guy who ran the light. I walked away with just a sore foot, but he went to the hospital on a stretcher in full restrains to immobilize his neck/back. I dunno what his fate was... how did the moron who ran the red light fare in your case?

Sorry to hear about that man. But it's a great thing that you're alright! This happened on Long Island? If so, where at? Service road to the LIE?

Actually looked at the TLs again and loved the TL-S however, I track a car and am probably getting an SUV so I can trailer my car to events.

Not a jerk at all. I thought I saw you circling overhead..j/k.

The car was leased and the insurance company already took it. I did pull out the all weather mats that I bought seperately and my trailer hitch for my bike rack. I am selling both.

Make sure you post the VIN # publicly as a totaled vehicle somewhere on the web (so that some A-Hole can't get away with rebuilding it and never telling anyone about the salvage).

since the insurance company already took the car it is going to be sold at a salvage auction and WILL HAVE A SALVAGE TITLE NO MATTER WHAT
