i was driving my car the other day from new orleans to baton rouge and on the way back i tried to hit top end but the the governor stopped my car at 4500 rpm in 4th gear and 134 mph (it's an 5AT)... anybody else get anything different for the 3rd Gen? and does anybody know what i can do to make it go pass 134 mph.. not diggin it..

hmmmm...i thought the car topped out at like 150 and that was limeted....

I wonder if they have changed the govern limit? I have had mine up to 142-143ish, but I know that at least the 04 is governed at 152 IIRC


ANd I do not endorse going that fast. I was on a track.... in the middle of nowhere.... on this 2 lane road.... and I had an experience spotter.... somewhere.... spotting me.
