well if you didnt know my car got in a accident insurance company is fixing it (nowhere near enough damage to totall) so i figured ide do a front tls conversion. i have many questions for bumper when i order do i to order foglight brackets (im putting on aspec front kit to) are jdm foglights any good even if i put hids in them? the headlights all i need to do is switch ballasts and the turn signal sockets? how did people wire up the headlights and fogs?

I did the same thing.

The Type-S bumper is the same price as the oem bumper. You'll just have to pay a little more for the foglight housings which are like 20-30 bucks each side and the foglights which are like 150$ for both on ebay or less. HIDs will work in them no problem; I had them

The headlights have nothing to do with the bumper. If you want to upgrade to type-s headlights it will cost you a lot in ballasts and what not. I would suggest getting oem headlights and modding them to look like type-s which is also what i did.
