Yes as everyone has mentioned, but I dont think they have told you that the electrical connectors are slightly different. Can be made to work, but not completely plug and play from my understanding

Hi guys, thread revival!!
I want to know, does the LED assembly is the same for 04 thru 08 ?! So if I install 07-08 base tail light in my 06 with my 06 LED assembly,does it will work?! Thank you guys

For the I lost count time..........yes
Tails sidemarkers (both front and rear) fit. There was something going around about the type-s rear sidemarker not fitting but thats a myth. Why, I swap mines out on my 05 and plug it right in (no mod).
The only one that isnt direct is the headlights; iirc different ballast.

The stock 07-08 tail lights are nice! I have an 07 TL and those lights really make my car stand out! Definitely a good choice if you decide to switch but i like the type s lights as well!
A SiQ TL: what type of exhaust do you have and was wondering if a type s suspension will fit as a replacement to the stock suspension? Or should i just pay for buddy club suspension?

It's a Comptech exhaust.
As far I as I know, a type s suspension will fit your base TL. Maybe somebody who knows for sure will chime in, but I think it can be done. That being said, I don't know what a type s suspension setup will cost you, but I image it's in the same neighborhood as an aftermarket setup. If you're looking to go lower, maybe a good aftermarket setup would be the way to go.

I can't PM until I post more often.
I'm in the upper mid-west and we're in the middle of a huge cold spell. So I won't be able to take mine off until it gets a bit warmer (Is it easy to get them off?). I can send you photos of mine so you'll see their condition. I may be interested in getting a set of Type-S tail lights instead of the 05/06. I'll let you know soon.
