It's gonna be down for a week. If it's not one thing it's another. The moonroof motor and guides have to be replaced. It makes a loud sound when you use it. Do they really have to down it for a week though? I mean it takes 3 days for part to be delivered. why can't i use my car till it comes in. Maybe it's because my car looks so sick with my 19's they come up with any excuse to keep my car to show it off to prospective TL buyers. If you seen it, you would know why. It's Ok though they treated me right and gave me a 04 MDX with Navi as a loaner until it's complete. If you live in Sacramento area go check it out at Elk Grove Acura. It's the TL you see through the glass in the garage..... Can't miss it

I'm also getting a sound when I close my moonroof from tilt position.... Did you have to pay for it, or was it covered by warranty?

 

everything should be under warranty at this point shouldnt it?

 

thanks for the reply all. The work that is being done is all under warrenty. The MDX is wonderful. This weekend I will be taking it to S. Lake Tahoe and put it to the real test.
