TL-S Worth $2500 extra?

TL-S Worth $2500 extra?
I went to the Acura dealer intending to test drive the 07 WDP TL w/ nav. As I was talking to the salesman he tried to up-sale me to the TL-S. It is only about $2500 more then the basic TL. I tried searching the forums for answers, but I had no real good answer. My question is whether the TL-S really worth the extra $2500 or should i stick to the basic TL.
