Insomnia last night. I was so restless...So I went out for a drive at 3 am lol....I like them quiet nights....the whole city is asleep.....anyways I'm just cruisin on one of the highways around here in the slow lane. I see this black cop car driving next to me....pitch black windows...I slow down, he jumps forward, I hear his V8 and see two large exhaust pipes...It's no cop! It's a Marauder! Sweet! We stop at the light..didn't rev at eachother or anything...I was just staring at the awesome looking Marauder.

After the stoplight...I wasn't sure if he wanted to race...We took off from about 5-8mph. ..As soon as I heard his engine start to roar I just floored it. (VSA de-activated already ) I just had a gut feeling he wanted to demonstrate all his power on me...I was expecting to get spanked....Pulled about 2 car lengths on him and slowed down at 100, waved him off and gave him a little thumbs up on his car...and he turned at an intersection. I went home and called it a night after that.

I thought they were gonna be alot faster......I guess they are pretty heavy cars....still It's a badass car and I want one! It looks so empowering!

Marauder's are 15.2-15.5 second cars. It's basically a 96-99 Cobra motor (4.6 32v DOHC) with different cams to deliver a little more low end twist. It still wasn't enough because the car was just too heavy and isn't a whole lot quicker than a standard Crown Vic with the 4.6 12V SOHC V8.
