TL-S/TL lip kit?

I want to add the lip kit to my 07 TL-S. Can anyone tell me if the kit is the same for the TL & TL-S? I went on HondaAcuraWorld.com and it only shows having a lip kit for 07 TL, will this fit my car? Thanks!

i installed both kits on 07 TL and TL-S and they are different, and installation differs a little too.
