is there any difference as far as size and fitting to put the tl-s taillights on a regular tl? what do you all think is reasonable price for these?

 

They fit flush, no modding needed. I was able to get the OEM set for about $215 including shipping off of curry acura's ebay store. I suggest to go with them, very quick and easy transaction & shipping. I think they look 100x better than the stock red, especially on my Anthracite '06

 

It's a bolt on mod. Plenty of info on this, if you search around.

Just make sure you have a slight gap against the quarter panel. Sometimes the tail light will contact the paint and rub through the clear, ect on the edge.

I did this mod like a month or so ago. I got my lights for $155 shipped. And they're DEPO lights which are pretty much up to par with OEM.
