Which TL-S should I choose?
the 2nd option your talking about i've seen pictures of the car and even if the car has new suspension and engine just goes to show how bad the damage was and no car after any accident where suspension needs to be changed is the same
i was looking to buy the car as well but wouldnt want to deal with the headache esp for his asking price you can find one from the dealer for roughly the same price
and btw wdp with black interior my fav color combination as well

I say option 4. With the economy the way it is I would wait it out. Someone is bound to need to sell their car in a hurry.
As for the high mileage car. No one is saying because the car has 35k it's going to break down, of course not. But the thing is these cars are still considered luxury car in GALVES which is what dealers use to guide themselves in a trade in value. For the most part luxuary cars are only supposed to get 10k a year. Having 35k in 2 years sort of kills the trade in value to the car. You should be able to get a lot more off then that IMO. Make stupid offers on the car. My dealership just rolled a 2006 Acura TL with navi less with about 40k for 18k 2 days ago. Car was mint! No paintwork, accidents, clean car fax.
Wait it out.
