TL-S Prices

Hello board. I'm looking to purchase a TL Type S. Can people post what they paid for their TL-S?

Thanks, much appreciated. I want to get a good deal on it.

Thank you thank you thank you! Was just informed:

38,940 = MSRP Acura TL-S
35,830 = Invoice Acura TL-S

If anyone has any input, or can name any dealers in the Long Island New York area where they got a good price, let me know.

Sticker on mine was $38,700. Mine is an '07. The '08's were on the lot, they had a $5k rebate going at the time to get rid of the 4 '07's left on the lot. So the final price was $33,700 here all +TT

Acura never ran $5k rebate, they ran a $2500 marketing support that is actually still available on the 2007 models.

Interesting stuff. I just got a price from Brooklyn Acura for a 2008 TL-S for $35,768... anyone think I can do any better? Or should I just take it?

I bought my TLS in December of 06...the second car in my city. Sticker was well over 40K with dealer markups. My price pre tax tag and title was 34195. Get as clost to 92% of MSRP and you should have a very good deal.

Is there a reason and/or logic for 92% of MSRP?

2007 Tl-s

We have one 2007 TL-S left in stock, Black with Taupe interior. I work at Clair Acura outside of Boston. Give me a call and I can probably get you pretty close to invoice on it if you are willing to commit.

I am leaving the office for the night, but will be back tomorrow. Private message me if you have questions.

1. Boston is a little far.
2. I can get below invoice for 2008.
3. I'm only interested in black on black with 6MT.

I do believe we have a 2008 Black on Black stick in stock. But if you can get below invoice, go for it by all means. A word from the wise though, its probably just a lowball to get you in the door. Dealers don't sell brand new cars with no miles below invoice, when you go in to sign the papers, the price changes.

King Acura

Ask for Barrat.

I bought mine 2.5 weeks ago... They had the other KBP (or KPB?) left.

Call it what you want, my final was $33.7k

if you are only interested in black/black 6mt anyone correct me if I am wrong but 35,7 k is a GREAT price for an 08 unless they still have those incentives im not sure. If they have the incentives on all TL-S's still you should be able to get it for 34,7k. You might be able to get a dealer to tell you if the incentives are there. Just use the price you were quoted and shop around for ANY 08 TL-S. Dont let them know you want that specific car and dont go into the dealership until you have the price you want

Good luck

Is it worth it to you to wait until this time next year? You could save about 2k from that price since the '09s will be on the lot and it's a redesign. The dealers would be practically giving them away then. The only downside I see would be selection being a bit more limited and of course the agony of waiting.

Statistically most new car buyers pay about 92% of list price after negotiations. If you plan on leasing, its closer to 96%.

Tl-s Price

I was able to find a silver or white 07 tl-s for 35,600 walkout price. I didn't buy them b/c I wanted a black. 08 tl-s the best I was able to get was 39,000 walk out. I did buy a black 6 months used 07 TL-S with 6,555 miles on it for 33,500 walkout price. This was the first time I bought a used car, but it was practically new with normal swirl marks you would expect on a black car.

Ugh, don't remind me about taxes. New York tax is 8.625 or something. Damn you New York!

Haha. Yeah, I'll be moving out of Nassau County soon enough. 37k OTD... You paid like 34k for that before taxes... Way to go man. I hope I get a deal like yours.
