Ron A are we allowed to use this thread as a place to gauge interest for a meet in a certain area and then once we have like 5 or 6 people actually start a thread about it. I am just trying to cut down on the creation of useless threads.

I think it might be better to post the thread in the Meets Forum and post the link here.

That way, the TL'ers would see the link here and could go to it and post, and the other car forum members who probably wouldn't see this thread but who check the meets forum would also see it and could post there. Unless of course you want to limit it to TL's only, which is not usually done.

guys in pittsburgh area, do you get pulled over a lot? I believe cops like to target certain demographics. In my dads lincoln town-car, i basically never would have gotten pulled over. I'm curious what you think about the TL, with specificity to western PA police.

Can you Change two things. Can you change the meet date to Saturday June 3rd and then list that Tuner war is the next day Sunday, June 4th. Can you also change this in the meet section.

Hey man! At the risk of announcer cursing myself, I've not been pulled over. In fact, I never get a second look from the cops I've blown past at 80 MPH on the turnpike. Odd, since I usually am one of the target demographics; even down to the red car. You get pulled over recently? Where?

i bought my TL out of state. no temp plate was issued to me but i did get a tag for my back windshield but u couldnt see it due to the tint. i drove around with no plate and a tag u couldnt see for about a month in pgh. the cops never bothered to pull me over, even when they were driving directly behind me definatly noticing i have no plate! if anything, they probably were asking themselves, 'what kinda ride is that? that is a badd mofo!'. i have yet to see another a-spec here in pittsburgh (TL, TSX, or RL). its a rarity to see my ride in the burgh. i break necks all day, everywhere i go, people of all ages, and even cops!

nah, i didn't get a ticket, i just like to watch the tendencies of police as they come by me, or see me pass. They seem to cling for a little bit, then drive on by. Hopefully they are just enjoying the view.
