hey trans, why don't u just pick people at random. this is not a contest , just tl of the month. you can pm each potential member and ask them for a run down of the car. then they should take new pics of their car and post . but there are so many members i can see this going on for years, no including all the new members that join everyday.

I totally agree - maybe the powers that be can randomly choose an active user ID - create the featured TL page and email the user with a thread link to post pics & info about their TL?
Only problem being if the feature owner doesn't then we have an empty thread. Maybe we give them a time line and if they do not comply within 24-48 we delete the thread?

then Ill PM the member and let them know I picked them and to come in and tell us what they've done so far or what their plans are...
