I dont know about the concept, but a team in Los Angeles did the engineering on it
Then took one to Thunderhill to run the 25 hour Enduro, with a turbo and some basic racing safety mods
Beating many rear drive cars in the process to a top 5 overall (iirc)
and first in their class!!
