Got my April 04 edition of Consumer Reports at the office today and there she was, a silver 2004 Acura TL occupying the majority of the cover of their annual swimsuit ... er... automobile edition. The other cars making the cover, but smaller, were the Mazda RX-8 and Cadillac SUV, I think. The TL got there by virtue of its top ranking in the "Upscale Sedan" category. Inside the magazine, each car gets one paragraph to summarize the good and the bad. Interestingly, there was almost NOTHING bad said about the TL, saying that Acura had achieved an ideal balance of comfort, performance, and safety (or something thereabouts) at a very good price. Nothing surprising to the TL forum community but nevertheless vindicating.
