I think the laughing was on the radio in the person's car who was filming it.

 

I saw this a while back somewhere on this site. Sucks to be that owner.

the news anchors reporting are not laughing at the the fact that the car is on fire. to me it sounds like an inside joke the two were laughing at. nothing related to the story, that i know for sure.

 

Nothing at all, some prisoners were making calls from the jail and Scamming some peoples to get money. BTW the fire was here in PR.

Take note, kids. That's what can happen with cheap quality HID kits. Probably had some wiring issues, as well. JnC posted some pics a while back showing burnt out TLs due to improper lighting/bad components. Pics are down, but good info nonetheless.
