So I’m new to this forum and just thought I’d ask for some help for my Tl w/ 228k miles on it which isn’t doing so great. I’ve been up keeping for the most part as far as I can see this problem started after I tried replacing the gaskets about 2 times now.
After ordering OEM valve cover gasket kit I just got CEL for misfires on cylinders 1 4, & 6, along with p420/430 codes after about 1k after “fixing” the problem. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue. Could it be as simple as not aligning the spark tube seals? Or maybe I damaged the valve cover when prying out the seals.
