Pay fine .... get another ticket .... pay fine .... get another ticket .... pay fine ....
I think you see where this is going.
OR
Get legal tint (or closer to legal).
Seriously, I don't see what other options you have.

Also tint that dark (20%) on the front windsheild is just plain dumb (I think I read your post right?); thats just asking for a ticket. Get rid of that and you might not attract as much attention.
(Don't get me wrong. I am sure the car looks great and I really, personally, couldn't care less what you do to your car. Just saying won't look at it that way.)

HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN FLORIDA?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%).
In Florida, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
• Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line.
• Front Side Windows Must allow more than 28% of light in.
• Back Side Windows Must allow more than 15% of light in.
• Rear Window Must allow more than 15% of light in.

i have 20% too, I ALWAYS get pulled over but the cop has never questioned my tint. Maybe it's not that big of a deal in CT or maybe I get away with it cuz I'm a girl or maybe the cop feels bad enough they are giving me a $300+ speeding ticket...I dunno

I have 20% as well and do not get any attention from it. The windshield will def get cops looking. A trick to that is only get 50% or so on the windshield, doesn't seem like much but it makes a huge difference.
I had one of my older cars with 35% on the whole car and 50% on the windshield. I got pulled over all of the time but my windows were legal and the windshield was so light they could not tell. What happens is that the tinted windshield blocks out some extra light making the rest of the car appear darker than it really is.
I have done this to several car, I just travel to much out of state right now to do it to the TL. Plus with the 20% and windshield I am sure I would get a ticket.
You have 3 options right now.
-Take the tint off and leave it or replace it with legal tint. Go to court and they will drop the ticket.
-take the tint off, got to court get the ticket dropped then put it back on. Might sound crazy but the tint shop might only charge say $60 to re tint the 2 windows where the ticket is over $100.
- Just pay the ticket and roll the dice in the future.

Here in VA, you have to go legal or pretty close, or you will get tickets whenever you see a cop. It's like there is no crime here or something to keep them more busy than to give people "illegal exhaust" and tint tickets!

What I do to try to get out of the ticket is:
Roll down both front windows immediately when being pulled over. Those are the windows that have the restrictions on them. (at least in my state)
Or, tell the cop you had no idea, that it was already like that when you bought the car.
Never had problems with the tint though. Legal in my state is 35 and I got 25 so its not very noticeable.

In that case it would be cheaper to take the tint of the front 2 windows and then have it replaced after inspection.

the funny thing is, my two front window were rolled down but i still got pulled over. I was pulled of two months prior to this for my tint. I don't think they can pull you over without have a reasonable cause can they? He came up to my window and just said to roll them up..

thats weird, I got 20% and have gotten pulled over and nothing. Not by a state trooper but still think they would have noticed. I was about 2 seconds from getting a ticket for my angel eyes. Thank God it didn't happen, that will be bigg trouble!

Limo tint is basically 10% and 5% I think and if you ask me, you might as well just paint your windows black, thats how dark they look.. LoL. So that's why you got shit.
When I was down in Miami I had to get one of my windows retinted because of a scratch and the guy told me that lot of shops are not doing anything less than 20 because cops down there were cracking down on those shops because of cop related deaths that have been on the rise. How true that is, its for you MIAMI guys to tell me.. I don't know. He went as far as to tell me that cops come into shops and conviscate anything lower than 35%.. again, don't know how true that is. I mean I had to get that window tinted at 15% to match the rest and so I had to like convince him to do it.
But yeah, either step down to the 20's or just keep paying the tickets, that's pretty much your ownly options. But you dont have to worry about points cuz its not a moving violation, it falls under equipment violation same as like a busted tail light.

$123 in the Bay Area... Got pulled over for it and just paid the fine, and even AFTER I got the ticket got pulled over for it and sweated. For the OP you might just wanna take the tint off your windshield. I'm lowered on 20" so I guess I was just asking for it out here in CA with 20% front and back. "My friend" used to get out of fix-it tickets by using someone elses car to clear the ticket... BUUUT probably not recommended. With tints in the front windshield, you're gonna get pulled over again and again...

I have 15% all-around except the winshield...
Around here, only a few cops have tint meters, and those are the ones that will pull you over and give you tint tickets, usually around $50. I've gotten 3 tint tickets in 2.5 years.
I call it my "tint tax." Gotta pay to play, I love my tint!

OK... here is what you do... well this is what I did.
I went to my Doctor and had him write me a script stating that I get light induced migraines due to my photosensitive eyes and that I need "ocular modifications" on my windows. Seems to work for me.

You need to either buy the type-s rear bumper, or cut the stock bumper
