can you get pulled over for smoked lights and are there different levels of how dark they can get? I searched the forum and found lots of people doing it but not much info on it. Also can you smoke and or clear the rear red side markers ?

yes u can and you would especially if the cops wanna be pricks. they have diff levels of dark but I always say to get them sprayed with tinted clear at a body shop they always come out flawless. you can buy the type s sidemarkers to smoke them out in the rear.

 

if you were to leave the lights on when driving if you had real dark lights would a cop be able to tell?

 

ytea but im really against tinting the front lights because you have HIDs your killing the light for no reason and then you cant see in fornt of you... its just killing the purpose of having them...but again its all opinion.....and yes cops can tell... they wont only hit u with one ticket they can give u more than one for tinting headlights. safety issuses not having sufficient lighting at night...n the list goes on n on.

 

Be better to open them and clear/black them out from the inside, rather than tinting them. Thats what a majority of members on 'zine do. Looks much better that way
