Tint Tail + Head Lights? or Tail?
Just need your input on which is will look better in my AM TL? Tint the tail only or tail and head lights? 20% or 35%? Thanks

Is there a reason why you want tint instead of the black housing?

If you want tint I would just do the rear because tinted front doesnt look right.

^ yeah it does require taking the bumper out. Tint the rear only then I would say and someday go with the black housing headlights.

I agree with you. I imagine it would look incomplete without both. So looks like I am going for Tails + Headlights with 20%

It's good to see the spirit of modding even at your age. On my old TSX I had both the tails and headlights tinted. Looks much better, you won't be disapointed.

Taking the bumper off really isnt that hard. Plus, theres a real good DIY here about how to do it. I agree, I would blackout the housing before tinting the headlight anyday.

I have an AM TL and I have my heads and tails tinted with film tint from e bay. I had rockblocker but I didn't like it because of the adhesive. I am planning on clearing my headlights but it is getting quite cold here in CT!

can someone post pics of a tl preferabely type s with smoked headlightsand taillights? im debating whether or not to smoke them because im not sure if they wood look good

I chose non of the options, I say you black out your headlights and get type S tail, Thats going to look the best IMO, its going to cost more but itll look better. tinting tails and headlights are really cheapy and imo ruin the shine of the front HID and your tails. just listen to me lol

Not a big fan of blacked out tails, but I do like bluebatmobile's headlight tint that covers just the blinkers.

Take a look at some of the cars that JnC did the headlights for you might like some of those. You just thave to remember at the end this is your car so go with what you like.

Yes, I do like headlights by JnC and also love Type-s tails but i don't want to spend too much money right now...maybe when i graduate.
