Timing belt durability?

I got into my '07 TL seven years ago (Feb 2017), and the ODO read 60,510 miles.
CARFAX report indicates that the timing belt, timing belt tensioner/idler, and the water pump were replaced on 7/24/2015 at about 52k miles.
Now I'm at 106,600 miles and wondering if or when I'll need to replace the timing belt/water pump? (Maybe at 140k miles or ~4-5 years?)
