To all Canada buyers: If you can go to the US borders to pickup the box; ask Tim to ship the box to Freeport Forwarding (www.freeportforwarding.com). You will save additionnal shipping fees and alot of hidden customs/UPS fees by picking it up yourself from the Freeport Forwarding warehouse near the borders in the US.
Just make sure that you can confirm the freeport forwarding address with your paypal account or Tim may not be able (security purpose) to ship there with an unconfirmed address.

nah Buffalo is a little too far, at leist 6 hours from my place... as to 1 hour to the border, it would be amazing but how much you think they would charge me of duties once I cross back ?

To answer your question:
- Once you cross back the borders, you will have to declare your kit; You will have to pay the taxes (13%) of the total value of the kit. Also, they will ask you if the parts are made in the USA. If its the case, you will have no customs fees to pay (because of the NAFTA). If the parts are made outside the USA, the customs fees will be 6.1% of the total value of the kit.
Here a little hint that you can try off_boost: When they ask you if the parts are made in USA, you tell them that you don't have a clue and you diden't know that was an important information. 90% of the time, they will let you pass without paying the customs fees (thats what a friend of mine that used to buy alot of things in the US told me). You will only pay the taxes (13%).
Anyway, why would you ship the kit to the freeport farwarding warehous e instead of getting it shipped to your house directly? The awnser is to save the additional shipping fees and the UPS/FedEx hidden customs/brokerage fees (that could kill the deal!!). Never buy something from UPS or FedEx if you live in Canada (keep this in mind). Use USPS instead. For big boxes like a full body kit, Tim cannot ship by USPS. Thats why I choose freeport forwarding

If you stay 4 days, you can cross the borders without declaring if your purchases if under 750$.
But the problem is I cannot stay four days! I will only stay 30 mins in the US since freeport forwarding is 2 min across the borders

I live in Montreal too and I did alot of research before buying. But now, now full body kit is being shipped by Fedex to Freeport forwarding and should arrive Monday!!!
