Its time for Thunderhill's Raceways first HPDE-High Performance Driving Experience of 2007!
Jan 16 is the date, Thunderhill Raceway in Willows- about an hour north on I-5 from Sacramento International Airport

Price went up $4 this year to $229 for an all day school with pro race drivers riding in your passenger seat- giving immediate feedback
All makes are invited, 3 run groups based on track experience and speed
5 20 minute on track sessions and 1.5 hours ground school
Awesome deal- great fun, and if it rains, you get to practice skills most needed in regular driving for the winter!

Correction to date for Thunderhills first HPDE day of the 2007 season.
Jan 20 Saturday and price is $235 helmet rental $25
Your SNELL 1985-90-95-2000-2005 SNELL year is acceptable. The newest spec is 2005
DOT spec helmets do not meet car race standards only SNELL
Also the years schedule is up for the HPDE as well. Please see thunderhill.com for full info
Located one hour north of Sacramento Intl Airport ,California on I-5,
a 35 foot wide 15 turn nicely paved 3 mile road race course with every type of corner and some sweet straights!

from a real professional, not just us--<g> Wonder if wife will count that as Valentines present????
One track day and you will want another. After my first one I went to racers school and then drained my wallet for some time doing that.
