What I might pay per month on my lease is based on several variables, some of those which you already listed. However, the money factor/interest rate you are quoted is based on your beacon score/credit history so what one person gets doesn't mean you'll get the same. Plus, I would assume the residual has slightly decreased from the original '04 release date until now.
In other words, too many variables.
I found it best in the past just to shop several dealerships in a 150 mile radius and ensure you're getting qoutes on the same car and the same lease deal - apples to apples.
Just my $.02.

Since the lease interest rate should be very reasonable, if you have any other debts, such as credit cards, etc. it makes the best sense to put NOTHING down, and use the down payment $$ to pay of your credit cards that are at higher interest.
Also- NEVER lease longer than the warranty. You could get killed with repairs for a car you're not keeping.
Finally - for proper money management - Your TOTAL car expenses (payments, insurance and upkeep) should not be more than 15% of your income. If it is, you are living dangerously.
Good Luck.

Correct. When I got it, there were no navis available. That was alright. I work in the city and don't drive much.
I purchased from Open Road Acura in Wayne, NJ. They have a great service department.
Michael Raferty is the dealer I purchased it from. He is the Used car manager but can sell new cars.
He is yound and aggressive and will work with you. Just please refer to me when you speak to him.
I did hear that because of demand, the prices have increased slightly.
Let me know.

That seems OK. Since Navi was not available and I did not want to wait, I went with performance upgrades instead.
I think at the time we were discussing the price, navi was like 50-70 more each month. Not worth it for me.
