I'm thinking about buying a TL Automatic, Nav system besides the extra horse power with the S-type, and rims is there any other differences. Witch one should I buy

 

Paddle shifters on the automatic type S, quad exhaust tips, interior red light theme, different colours (two tone) leather interior.

 

Type S also has Sport Suspension, Sport Seats, Metal-style pedals, Headlights and Taillights, Brembo Brakes (can't get on the Base TL anymore). Drive both and determine whether you like the ride/drive of either. No one can tell you which one to buy.
