i found a "JDM proM" stage 3 programmer ... whats this?

 

No there is no other tuning hardware or software out there except for J&R ECU, don't believe in that JDM rice shit or any other thing that listing as "JDM" since our 3rd gen TL never sale in Japan.

well the TL ECU cannot be programmed as the ECU overwrites itself....

you can get the AEM FIC and get it tuned...cheaper option but it wont do a lot what the JnR ECU will do for u....but the JnR ECU is more expensive and harder to tune (because of the added functionalities is offers)....
