I have a 07 TL Type S I need a new bumper is there a difference between the 07-08 base model TL front bumper vs the TL Type S bumper? Will my TL Type S foglight grills/grill fit on the base bumper?

 

They are different. The space where the grills fit are a different shape.

 

Damn, any idea where I can get a replacement TL Type S bumper other then the dealer? Looking for used preferably in any color.

As far as I know, type S bumpers are only available from dealer, no aftermarket options. However, there are aftermarket base front bumpers. I'm sure this is why cheap repair shops sometimes put on base bumpers on type S's. It's been seen a couple times already, and people who don't know much about TL's will never catch it.
