I'm in the market to purchase a TL or TLS. I'm currently driving a 2002 BMW 330i and its know for its electrical problems and plastic and metal joint melt downs.

Are there any common issue I should be aware of?

What should I expect to pay for either a brand new or low mileage 2008 TL or TLS?

 

Welcome to AZ. Lately there has been a ton of threads about TL TL-S pricing. Perhaps a quick search will pull a few up. No recalls on the 08 but earlier years have the power steering hose recall. And perhaps one or two others. Nothing too major. I'm biased but I must say the TL as a whole is an awesome car. Great ride, good realiability and awesome style.

it ranges from area, but 31-33 is what you should be getting for the TL-S. If you are looking for one, my local dealer has a new Carbon Bronze with ebony/silver interior, though its a 5AT...

 

Base TL is probably going for 27-28k and w/Navi 29-30k. These are appoximate figures. Great time to buy especially at the end of the month when sales reps are trying to meet their monthly quotas. Good luck.
