Seems like my drill isn't powerful enough. What do I need? I'd take it to the machine shop but the point was to not take the short block out. Otherwise I'd
prefer to replace the weight altogether.
That cannot be the crankshaft counterweight, right?
JB weld it. Should hold.
I can't imagine jb weld would hold it. It is the counter weight. Not one of the bigger ones on the end(pure steel I think) but a smaller one toward the center(looks like cast iron (you would see in a gym)). weighs like 4-5 pounds. Just a little lighter than my nuts I want to tap it back together using a strong drill. Any suggestions anyone? Ill fire it up today so you can hear the engine shake. According to your picture it might be called a crank web...
With a dash or two of JB weld in there, get that crankshaft all fixed up
JB-weld? he's joking right? I was thinking of adding lucas to the oil but since I'm changing the oil soon I was thinking, just a wee-bit of seafoam for now and a bit for the gas tank.
And got dark cityd. Got to remove the gas again. They probably can't stop putting nitroglycerin in it. Busy work is even more out of place. you call bs when you playing bs
