Take out back seats? Take off front door panels?

can anyone tell me the process of doing these two things looked at some threads but they just show pics tks

Lol tks when u said lass time I had looked it up its actually not much diff from 2nd gem even same size 10mm bolts

You'll find 10mm bolts to be very common in cars.
