I was comin from on the van wyck....droppin my girl off an accord was on my ass while merging on from the service road i stepped down and smoked his ass...so i tryin to defrost my back glass and i notice some HID's and yellow fogs so i'm like its a gs then i see him fly by...so i went afta him afta chasin him for like 5 mins i get in front and neva seen him back...little did i kno we had a 2rd person some guy in a kia spectra...he was goin hard at it wid tha lil thing....but he was raped 2.... afta those 2 i see anotha car flyin comin up so i switch to the middle from the left then once more to the right lane so he's right behind me now afta switchin all the way over..and i look in my rearview to see wha type of car it was but the funny thing was i couldn't cuz by the time i looked he was like 20 cars behind me already... i was really suprise by the performance on the highway...unlike the time i lost to a v8 2003 lincoln ls pulling off from the light wid a car load of people.... i was gaining on it but off the line he was ahead and stayed there until i passed about 60 then i was catchin him....these are just a few of my many races comin home on the van wyck.....

The people who post like this (had another in the first gen TL problems/fixes section) degrade the quality of this forum.

OK...lets see all the people who can't read...if you was too look back at the post..which I highly doubt anyone of you can read since your all so caught up on the grammar...you would see that there was a lexus GS I never said I was racing the spectra I said he was there and got smoked in the process of racing the GS. what does grammar have to do with anything? yeah I'm the idiot that goes out drinking all night and then would get on the road and drive home...I never start racing if I feel I can't control my car...and when I Hit 110mph I stop whether I win or lose...so whose the real idiot a sober driver or drunk one?

wow just because you have your car and don't kno how too drive it or handle shouldn't be a reason to call others who CAN drive and CAN handle an idiot...so why don't you say anything about the drunk drivers out there...i know what i am doin when driving... so i take it you would be one of them drivers that go the speed limit and do everything by the book.....its called living a little and having fun...something you must not know about....and by you talking about the kit i think ur jealous that you don't have one...what happen your parents didn't give you the money for it...

 

look buddy, this is nothing personal, i don't know you, i don't know anything about you, but from your first post, you acted like a moron. as for going by the book, ive gotten a few tickets im not proud of but that dosn't matter, knowing how to drive and handle your car dosn't mean you plan to race on the van wyk(sp?) everyday. the fact that you said "this is just a few races of many more to come on the van" is just plain stupid, if you really want to race, take it to the track, don't endanger peoples lives by racing on highways. when you get into your first accident youll understand what i mean. as for the ronjon kit, i have the aspec kit and im pretty happy with it, no desire for it, but its a very nice kit nonetheless one that you don't deserve.

once again when did i say i race everyday...um i think you should go back and pay attention a little more in english....just because i say a few of the many, where do you get the idea that it is everyday...i've made all but one post about racing on the higway and your catching a heart attack and want to be mister law...so i think you need to get all your facts straight before you say anything...and didn't you say that you didn't know me yet your talking about how i don't deserve the kit...if you don't know me how would you be able to say that? and what about all the other people who has posted threads about thier racing how come you have not gone gung-ho on them? yeah i said a few of many....ok maybe it was a bad statement, but how would you get that whenever i go on the highway i plan to race? i'm not on the highway just looking for races...if they happen they happen. talking things you have nothing to know about...i've been in an accident..hit by someone on the local streets that ran a stop sign...so ummm maybe you shoudn't say anything because you don't know what you talking about..

You came onto a forum filled (with a few exceptions) with intelligent individuals who like learning and sharing experiences about a TL.

You posted a ridiculous bunch of jumbled nonsense, undoubtedly writing in the same vernacular that you speak. It just so happens that what you posted goes far and beyond normal "slang" - it degrades not only the forum, but the English language itself. So, if you can't take the criticism you definitely had coming, perhaps you need to find another forum for you to post your in.

Stylez, I have friends who drive me home and make sure I get home safely. I said in my first post that I wasn't taking my TL 'cause I'll be drinking. Besides, even if I had a couple of drinks, I can still drive legally.

yea so i thought this was the racing an competition part of acurazine.... if you people don't like my post don't read it or comment on it....yet most of you had a big deal about spelling..just because i left one or two letters out at the ending of words most of you are like losing your minds....i'm sorry for that. i guess i should have talked in a way where it would make you people happy..and umm those of you who get mad are probably the ones the guys over on the lexus and nissan forums probably beat and is bragging that TL's are slow

 

Yeah, this is the Racing & Competition section (I'm surprised you actually posted this in the correct forum).

A few things...
1. If you want people to read your post, then write in a manner that people can understand.

2. Specify exactly what car you went up against without going on a tangent.

3. Try to make sense; sounds like there's a lot of bs going on (You had to chase a GS for 5 minutes to catch up - how fast was he going, 120 mph? You gained 20+ carlengths on a car that was coming up on your ass by the time you looked in your rearview mirror - do you have a jet engine?)

Besides, sounds like all you're doing is ricer fly-by's, not "racing."

 

Jeez louise guys, he posted a story and was complimenting the car. You don't need to smoke a lambo or a benz to gauge speed. And honestly, i race a little to but never pass 100mph on the highway.

On a side note, got any pics of the car and what color is it?

StYLeZz101 is a typical example of what teenagers should NOT be (and it seems like the more it goes the more they all act like him).

I'm (only) 18yo, and I don't understand how people can think in such a way... I hear teenagers (16-21) talk like they originate straight from the ghetto, talking about how they raced this and that down the highway comming back from clubbing, drunk and whatnot... and of course they tell you they can actually handle/drive their car just fine even when they're drunk... must be some kind of special power they have... I look around me sometimes to only be completly discouraged by where the society is going... I mean, the future of the world is gonna put in the hands of ignorant, dumb, irresponsible, careless people...

At least there are still some nice people out there...
