sum1 tired to steal my car
they tired to steal my car but they didnt have a chance to do it but they did get a chance to mess up the driver side door so i need help and dnt kno wat to 2 its a nbp but if sum1 wreck theres im very sry but if the driver side door is still good im willing to but it off u

I caught someone trying to steal my stereo out of my 91 GTI back in 92. It was a Kenwood slide in unit. When I got out to my car and showed him my Mossberg pistol grip 12 gauge, the dumb ass was trying to pop it out with a screwdriver. Those were the whitest eyes I have ever seen in the dark, he could run pretty fast too.

geez! It looks like they took some tin snips to the door! They were amateurs or idiots. There are much easier and quicker ways to get into cars than that I would think.
You can check around salvage yards (not junk yards). THey may have another door in the same color you can slap on with no painting.

Wow. They had no idea what they were doing. A pro gets into a car within 10 seconds and no matter why they are breaking into the car, GTA or to just steal a stereo system, they are somewhat considerate and cause as least damage as possible.
I had an Explorer a few years back that was broken into for its system, 3000 watts competition style. It happened in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. I didn't even know that my car was broken into until I got in and went to turn on the head unit and saw the hole where it once was in the dash, opened the hatch and all 3 amps and 4 subs were gone. Probably took them less than 2 minutes to grab everything. They even cut the battery cables to silence the alarm.
The kicker is that it was parked in front of my apartment building and I heard a car alarm going off outside for a few seconds. Turns out it was my explorer that I heard.
There was minimal damage to the car but insurance covered it repair and the system. Depending on your insurance you may be covered by them. Tell them that your car was vandalized and you want to file a claim. You may be covered. Hope that helps.

Wow that sucks! They really butchered up the door. I had something like that happen to me on my Prelude but they didn't take bites out of the door---they just tried to pry open the handle and in doing so they broke the lock. I hate these people!!!

Oh, man, I'm sorry to see that. The thief did not know what they were doing....must have been a crackhead or a meth-head as they are the likeliest to do dumb crap like this.
Your options are:
A) are there any auto salvage yards in your area? There are enough TLs on the road that I'm sure a salvage yard has a door they can sell you for cheap--without having to go through your insurance.
B) You could go through your insurance and buy a brand new door.

Could you please spell out what you're trying to say, I can hardly understand the abbreviations. It'll make it easier for people to follow and understand and give you help. However, the gist I can get is someone tried to steal your car and messed up the driver's side door in the process.

thank you and very sorry about the rudeness and the miss spelling of my grammar . i got some more pictures of what i done so far to dar car until i get it repair
and for all those who think they are english teachers thanks very much but thats not really gonna help me to much now is it. and yea the 1st person to say something about my grammar is ok not for half the thread to be about my grammar.

i think he may only need the door skin and put the componets within the new skin. Like i said before, most likley they were trying to gain aces to the car by trying to find the door handle wire that opens the door lock.
