ok, I might just not be the brightest (I don't have one either)
The front is easy enough to figure out
The sides I can't tell when they are on or off
What is the diff on the back, the buldges on the side of the bumper
The front lip tacks under the bumper. Do the sides and rear actually come and over lap the existing parts and come up higher?
Would it be possible to do side by side pics of each view with a car that has it and one that doesn't side by side.
I could prob photoshop that is it is simple (lucky cause I am a novice), but I can never seem to post pics.

 

I think the side you need to remover the old side skirts and replace them with the kit...
