Strange noise under the passenger side area

Everytime my car accelerates, I hear this noise that is similar to what a half empty water bottle would make if you had it on the passenger side floor (I definitely don't have a bottle in my car).

First, I thought it was coming from the windshield fluid reservoir-then I found out I hear this noise whether it is empty or completely full (well, we shouldn't hear it anyway).

Does anyone have this problem? It doesn't sound like any mechanical fluids making this noise.

Thanks.

Has it been raining?

Could your car have water stuck between some of the panels that did not drain? I don't know if our TLs have drain holes underneath the car that could get plugged, but my friend's LeBaron had this problem and he heard exactly what you're hearing, also on the passenger side.

We cleared out the drains undeaneath the car and the water flowed out without a problem.

Thanks, Lore. I need to take a look at the car more carefully. If water got collected somewhere in the car, that would be the new low for this TL.
