Stolen Car Manual
Ain't this a B!+( h !!! 
, So I'm at work bored because its kinda a slow day, and one of my co-workers asks to see my manual ok I let him see it. Then we go on a call (im a police officer) and I leave the book in the office forgot all about it until I get home.
Next day rolls around we go in and the manual is gone! Now only 1 other person besides us has a key to that office so I confronted him and he acted very suspicious and said "oh no I havent seen it if u left it, it should still be here" but no sign of it anywhere. DAMMIT!! All my codes (radio/nav) were inside as well as all up to date maintenance records from the previous owner. Plus it just sucks having it not in the glove box. Now I have to go through this long presedure to get my codes back like I had to do with my 1st gen..

well thanx for letting me vent. and I guess I'll have to cough up $40 or so for another book.

yup drew, a little over 2 years now. yea I can get u a card(s) thats no prob.
trancemission what makes it so bad it was a detective from internal affairs with the other key. so it could only be him. I think maybe he was cleaning and made a mistake and threw it away (sounds crazy but im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt ya kno) because he doesnt need it he drives a pick-up lol.

obviously, if he is the only person who has the key to be back there, it was probably him. unless the building has a cleaning crew and they took it or accidentally threw it away. i would think with you being a P.O., you would know what to do about this and not be asking car people.

right ^ im a cop and NOT a detective. but am not an idiot either. I know it was him no ? about it. but go back up top and REREAD my friend because I didnt ask u "CAR PEOPLE" a question a was merely venting as stated above. but thanx for reading.

For the sake of your work environment, let's hope a cleaning crew accidentally threw the manual out, although I can't imagine how someone could do that.

Im sure you'll be able to find another manual no problem. The only thing is your radio code is out there but I dont see that as a big deal....
