stock 5at 3G vs 3.8 liter 2003 stock at grand prix
hey guys... quick question....
would a stock AT 3.8 liter engine 2003 grandprix (driven by a valley girl LMAO) beat a stock 5at 3g TL? I did a spec report online and it looks like a 3.8L can get anywhere from 200-240 HP....
does the 5AT TL stand a chance? we kinda "raced" last night... lol if you could call it that - from 0 to 45 LOL and i beat her, and shes saying she beat me haha....
idk, shes buggin my gf about it because her x bf used to race his ricer down on HWY and she thinks shes a FnF chick.... so she wants me to race her, but im not worried about doing that right now - cant afford the tickets....
just to satisfy my mind LMAO

I will come by and smoke her for you 
My dad has a GT and it was easy to beat when he was stock. A GTP can be beaten stock, have yet to lose to one, but modified they can be darn quick

I believe the 04 or 05 and up GTP's are pushing 260HP and 280tq and they are fast, probably a tick faster than a stock tl-s(2G). Like others have said if they're modded they are very fast, well modded and they are mega sleepers that'll pull on a C5.

High 14's about right which is right in line with a stock tl-s. HPB, chip&tune, I/H/E and they can be made very fast. If I found an awesome deal I'd buy one, mod it and track it and drive it every once in a while. I kind of like the 02-03 body style, flame on!!!!!!!

The supercharged ones make good torque. Unfortunately they're in a FWD platform so you can't put the power down off the start. Put both cars on tire and the GTP would give a very good run if not win. Street tire to street tire or from a roll, the TL should win.
