Step by step with pictures for removing rear seat
I was thinking of buying Tein SS coilovers and wanted to know if there is a step by step with pictures on how to remove the rear seat.

have you looked in the Garage/DIY section for it?
Just a few bolts on the seat ends and 2 hidden in the middle iirc the gen3 has a bolt behind the headrest- might allow access to the shock mount bolts just from that csmeance-southern-other expert-- is that correct? |
thanks

dont remove those hidden bolts. just loosen them!
or you will wish you did! |

or you will wish you did! Why? You can just screw them in slightly after removing the seat to accomplish the same, and then hook the seat back on. I tried to not remove them, and it took forever. |
remove them fully, its fine. just use a flashlight to help you after.

FYI Be careful with the Clips Under the Bottom Rear seat which are located at the Front of the bottom rear seat. I Sorta Broke mines since I didn't know how the hell they came apart. I just pulled and they broke apart so be gentle and figure out how they come apart before pulling then out. I need to go to Acura and order two more sometime soon.

Also another trick is NOT to take out the screws behind the headrests but to simply loosen them a few turns. The seat is designed to slide onto them to make putting it on easier! |
^^^that is teh absolute truth.
You can get away with putting the seat back in without any of the center bolts holding down the butt portion. Makes it much easier to access later. Did an install this weekend and was able to even get to the 2 top nuts without removing the rear deck. It was tight, but manageable. |
