Does someone know what the steering fluid change interval is? I don't have my manual cos, my car is in the shop.

 

there is not one written in the owner's manual.

most usually with follow the as necessary (ie, if fluid is dirty or if steering feels unusually stiff). others may follow the every 60k mi routine as a preventative measure.

i have just over 56k mi on my 05, my fluid was slightly dirty...went ahead and had my dealer flush and fill. my steering after is not quite as stiff. certainly can't hurt.

 

i have a tsx but the dealer i go to told me the power steering fluid only needed to be changed if contaminated. Have not needed it changed 135K miles

 

I think many of us got the fluid changed when the dealer performed the power steering hose recall.

 

i'm not sure mine was ever changed during the recall. i'd have to go hunt down my invoice on that one.

 

they did not change the fluid when they did the power steering recall on my tsx. They only topped off the fluid
